Breakfast is a highlight in the morning taken at a time to suit the guest. It is served in the dining room with the backdrop of open moorland to a stunning view of Brentor Church on the Hill. The emphasis is on fresh locally produced and sourced fruit and meat. Guests are indulged with the famous favourite Full English breakfast or choices such as Manx kippers, natural smoked Haddock, smoked salmon and scrambled egg or kedgeree. To start there is much choice including a compote of fresh pineapple, melon and strawberries and apricots, orange and prunes cooked in the Aga. Freshly made bread and our own home made Bramble jelly complete the meal.
